One of the most distinguishing features of The Acadian at Southwind lifestyle continues to be the engaging, not-so-run-of-the-mill activities that we offer residents. And this is especially true when it comes to our popular Senior Fit exercise classes.

The Senior Fit program offers a wide variety of exercise classes for seniors at every stage of life to enjoy. Whether you’re into spiritual yoga poses and deep breathing or more into strengthening and stretch, we have something to please everyone. Our exercise classes are led by a combination of residents, caregivers, and trained guest instructors from local gyms and fitness studios.
